Mix Level Contortion class
Welcome to the beautiful world of contortion, in this mix level class we will explore the art of contortion and drills for opening the shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and more. we will run through a warm-up, drills for splits and back and go over easy sequences to help build endurance and grace.
Prerequisites
Splits at least 4” from the floor in at least one position
bridge hold for 45 seconds
30 second handstand on the wall
foot to head in pigeon pose or cobra
Intermediate/ Advanced Contortion
This class is directed towards the more advanced students wanting to clean up skills and deepen their flexibility and understanding of the of your own personal movement . the focus will be on handstands, clean movements, sequencing & linking skills together.
Prerequisites:
feet to head in cobra
splits flat or over splits
standing backbend
1 min handstand on wall or freestanding handstand
Handstand Classes
Welcome to the wonderful world Hand-balancing. focus will on building core strength, how to self correct your own positions & shifting weight.

Privates lessons are perfect for working on those hard to get skills and to gain a better insight into your training. I work with students weekly to help them create a more inclusive and focused home training plan as well as extra drills to build strength or deepen flexibility.
